Pinpoint Pro MK1 – Percussive Therapy Uses

 

Uses for the Pinpoint Pro MK1:

Pinpoint Pro MK1 is a new form of self-massage treatment using the concepts of percussion therapy. The use of Pinpoint Pro MK1 is great for treating soft tissue pain. It works by providing rapid percussion taps that increases the flow of blood to the treatment site. The increase in blood reduces the waste products in the treatment site causing pain and therefore relieving pain and increasing range of motion and boosting performance and recovery.

Use the Pinpoint Pro MK1 to target muscles of the rhomboids and upper traps.

Recommended use would be the Digger attachment. Use the attachment at moderate to maximum speeds for 30 seconds at a time up to 5 minutes. Apply along the whole length of the muscle on both sides.

Lower back pain

 

Use the Pinpoint Pro MK1 to target muscles of the lower back. 

Recommended use would be the Dual head attachment. Target muscles either side of the spine.  Use the attachment at moderate to maximum speeds for 30 seconds at a time up to 5 minutes.

 

Also use the Ball attachment, to apply on muscles either side of the muscles along the lower back.  

 

Use the attachment at moderate to maximum speeds for 30 seconds at a time up to 5 minutes.

Tennis  Elbow

 

Use the Pinpoint Pro MK1 to target muscles of the wrist extensors. 

Recommended use would be the Digger attachment. Target muscles along the forearm overhand from elbow to the wrist.

 

Use the attachment at moderate to maximum speeds for 30 seconds at a time up to 5 minutes. Apply from elbow up and down towards the wrist.

Golfers elbow

Use the Pinpoint Pro MK1 to target muscles of the wrist flexors. 

Recommended use would be the Digger attachment. Target muscles along the forearm underhand from elbow to the wrist.

 

Use the attachment at moderate to maximum speeds for 30 seconds at a time up to 5 minutes. Apply from elbow up and down towards the wrist.

Use the Pinpoint Pro MK1 to target the ITB

Recommended use would be the Ball attachment. Target the ITB on the side of the hip down to the knee. Use the attachment at light to moderate speeds for 30 seconds at a time up to 5 minutes.

Use the Pinpoint Pro MK1 to target the hip flexors and knee extenders. 

Recommended use would be the Ball attachment. Target muscles at the front of the hip down towards the knee.  Use the attachment at moderate to maximum speeds for 30 seconds at a time up to 5 minutes.

Use the Pinpoint Pro MK1 to target muscles of the hip extensors and knee flexors. 

Recommended use would be the Ball attachment. Target muscles of the glutes and back of the leg towards the knee.  Use the attachment at moderate to maximum speeds for 30 seconds at a time up to 5 minutes.

Use the Pinpoint Pro MK1 to target muscles of the planter fascia

Recommended use would be the Ball attachment. Use the attachment at moderate to maximum speeds for 30 seconds at a time up to 5 minutes. Apply in a circular motion at the calf and sole of the foot.
